Full Stack Team Leader
About The Position
The Anagog Cloud Group leader orchestrates the backend, frontend, and dev-ops development efforts. You will be a strategic member of our team, working closely with the SDK group, Product, QA, and Customer Success to ensure our customers enjoy the best modern user experience while relying on a stable, robust infrastructure.
Manage the full cycle of development - requirements to production. Maintain a constantly improving process of system development and deployment, and monitor the production environment to ensure optimal uptime.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage feature development from requirements analysis to production deployment.
- Manage offshore teams: backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA.
- Drive a continuous improvement process and initiate features that will enhance system performance, stability, and maintainability.
- Provide other teams (Customer Success, Research, etc.) with the tools they need.
- Assist support and sales efforts as required.
At least 5 years of experience in management - a team of at least 5 people.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with backend systems using asynchronous programming and consuming external services.
At least 5 years of experience in hands-on frontend development using common web frameworks and tools.
Experience with managing tasks and versions in JIRA.
Management experience with an off-shore team.
We are looking for a candidate with extended hands-on experience in building and maintaining frontend and backend systems and knowledge in modern, state of the art frameworks, proficient with agile methodologies and tools, experienced in designing and utilizing databases (bot document-based and relational) and data lakes, can create and analyze cloud architectures and fully understands DevOps processes.
In addition, as an R&D manager with constant interaction with other R&D groups, product, sales, and customer success teams, the candidate is an excellent communicator, a good problem solver with a can-do attitude who knows how to analyze issues both on the ground level in bits and bytes and also from a top-level perspective.
