Business Development Specialist

About The Position

Anagog is looking for a motivated and talented Business Development and Channels Specialist. 

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with prospects and business partners globally, to build new business opportunities for the company. This candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to generate meaningful leads for potential long-term partnerships. 

We are looking for candidates who can systematically and methodically generate and identify partnership opportunities and be responsible for developing and managing new and existing relationships with prospects and partners on a global scale and support the growth of Anagog’s business.  

The Business Development Manager reports to Anagog’s CBDO and works cross-functionally with Anagog’s marketing, sales, customer success and product teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new prospects and partners and develop joint business
  • Research and analyse customers and market trends, to advise on go to market and partner strategies
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities that meet Anagog’s strategic needs and present them regularly to the relevant management team
  • Develop a strong understanding of the industry, competition and ecosystem
  • Maintain and support partners to grow their business and achieve targets
  • Create opportunities database, gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analysis, and develop recommendations on business development priorities
  • Act as a focal point to channel partners and internal departments on Business Development projects and initiatives and support channel partners with marketing, sales and training

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a business development/channel Specialist.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company - is an advantage. 
  • Very strong business development orientation. Ability to open doors (or windows) and establish rapport at all levels within the customers’ and partners’ organization
  • Must be a problem solver, high-energy, motivated, self starter and results-driven
  • Ability to work within a diverse and fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Proven verbal presentation skills, with the ability to generate high-impact presentations
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (must be a native/high level)
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to successfully operate in multiple business cultures and environments
  • Other languages - advantage
